When you found me
I was weak.
...I couldn't even stand.
But, I knew that I would be okay,
just by the touch of that little boy's hand.

Why were you scared little boy?
I would never hurt you.
The moment you hopped on me
I knew that it was I who had saved you.


I was old, but I kept up.
I did everything you asked.
We had some fun times together
but little did we know,
my heart was going fast.


I'm sorry I couldn't wait for you.
In the end it just hurt too bad.
But, as I slipped into a better place
the last thing that I thought about
was that little boy's face.
