Hoofbeats In Heaven
In Praise Of The Horse

Tribute To The Human/Equine Bond

Thank You, Love Corky
Written & Contributed By
Dorothy H. Parker

As my time was waning
I knew I had to leave
For all of us heard them calling
Finding comfort in our belief.

With your gentle kindness and help
I slowly slipped away
Released from my vessel
On that cold snowing day;

Among tears and hugs
And those muffled sighs
I flew up to heaven
Over the Rainbow, way up high,

Now here I am surrounded by this beauty galore
I am pure and whole, forever more.
I am over the Rainbow Bridge now, so please remember for me,
My spirit is with you always, and vigil I do keep.

"In Memory of Corky, a fun and very missed pony."
