there are no flies to bite you.

there is no rain to scare you.

there are no aching joints.

In Heaven
there are no barking dogs.

In Heaven
there are no vets to poke you.

In Heaven
there is no confusion.

In Heaven
there are no freezing, lonely nights.

In Heaven
there are no blistering days.

In Heaven
there is no screaming wind.

In Heaven
there is no fear.
No pain.
No fatigue.

In Heaven
there is freedom.

In Heaven
there is  joy.

In Heaven
you are young again.

In Heaven
there are always fresh carrots.

In Heaven
the sun always shines on your glossy coat.

In Heaven
you will wait for me
and one day
we will ride through heaven together.
