Trobie 27 year old Shire Passed away 10th November 2012   Trobie, when I first saw you I knew you had to come home to me.  When I saw you walk off the lorry I was so happy, you made my life complete. We have been through alot together, falling over in the ploughed field and hurting ourselves and I have nearly lost you twice before. The first time in the pond.  I couldn't believe you got stuck in it and the fire brigade had to come and get you out.  It was so cold on the field that night but I would never, ever have left you on your own in the dark. Then a year later you went down the other side of the field.  Funny thing was it was the same fire crew that had been out to help you the year before.  They thought the world of you as did everyone that met you.   That morning I knew it was time for us to say bye bye. I miss you so much and my heart is broken in two.  Pinkie, Shrek, Palika and Margo send their love and promise they will be with you again one day.  As will I.   I'll always love you, my handsome gentle giant, and you will always be in my heart.  The yard is not the same now you're not there.   Miss you, Trobie. You were the best horse I could have ever had.
