Salsa was the best thing that ever happened to me. She gave me the best
14 months of my life. She looked after me as I did her, and that bond will
never leave me.
Having only had her 14 months, I did not know her full history, but she showed
me what love and affection she had missed out on. She had been un-well when
I bought her. She was given a week, but 14 months later, she was doing really
well. We were having fun together and she fought the bad and got through
to be happy and healthy.
Then suddenly, on the 27th of February, she died of a heart attack. This
has left me with a large hole that will never be filled. The love I have
and always will have for Salsa remains and will never, ever change. I will
miss her so much.
She was cheeky, but with lots of love in it. She had clumsy feet, but now
I'm glad she stood on me so many times, even the times I've landed on the
floor. I will miss those days too. This big love has left a big hole. Love
always to Salsa.
