Quarter Horse Age 9 Died October 8, 2012 Saga, my heart horse, came into my life as a baby. So inquisitive and intelligent, with a fierce independence, we took some time to figure each other out. Once found, we made a bond that no one could break, and she was game for all kinds of adventures. We chased cattle, travelled deep into the wilderness, met bears and smelled out mountain lions, ran races, and simply wandered our world. She listened to my crying, my singing, my problems, and seemed to understand me. I will miss her nicker greeting, her soft fuzzy winter fur, her beautiful face, and mostly her courageous soul. I loved her deeply, and feel an emptiness without her. I hope that wherever she is, she is free and happy, and that I may someday see her again. Angela
