Honey

Arab x Cob chestnut mare

1980 - Sunday 18 February 2007

Remembering the most faithful friend I could ever ask for. We spent 23 years together and it was just not long enough.

You taught me so much, and you never knew anything but love, but I just knew you had given up your fight, you grew tired. So many times you battled back, you had Cushings disease for many years, but we learned how to cope together and still had many good times. That night the light in your eyes had gone, I knew you were asking me to let you go with dignity. The hardest decison I will ever make, but I could not see you suffer.

Run free, Honey. I will never forget you.
