Ember was a hot head. She was my first horse. When my grandma passed, she left me some money and that is what I bought Ember with.
She taught me what it was like to find a true best friend. She showed me what an unbreakable bond was. We were one and the same. Her attitude was always the same as mine. We collided and we loved. No matter the mood I was in I could always depend on her to be there for me. She showed me true compassion. She taught me strength. She showed me if I wanted something I needed to fight for it.
She was such a healthy head strung horse and I unfortunately lost her unexpectedly. Although I am still processing her passing and many questions flood my head as to what went wrong, I will forever hold her in my heart.
