I hope my best friend is in Heaven. I didn't say goodbye. Please don't blame me, girl, I made the decision to sell you, now I hope you don't wander aimlessly, seaching for a home. We left you in the pasture on that moonlit morning, now I am filled with regret and hopeless mourning.

But someday it will happen, the Lamb's Book of Life will be read, and those pearly gates will open, so I can rest my weary head. I will look up, full of joy that I can be there, and who will I see, but you, standing there. I put my arms around your strong, silky neck and the tears come spilling forth. So I'm sorry and until then, I will always dream of youand that special day ahead...
