Bayli's Irish Cream

Bayli was my daughter's first pony. She was very sweet and the two bonded together. Bayli showed Cheyenne how to be a good rider. She helped her learn to work for what you want and they formed a wonderful friendship.
Bayli helped Cheyenne build the confidence to jump and to build confidence outside the ring. They completed their first show together earlier this year and Cheyenne took home one 2nd place ribbon and 2 third place ribbons. They were beautiful together.
Though Cheyenne and Bayli may not have been together long, they learned a lot from each other and Cheyenne loved her dearly. Bayli left suddenly and unexpectedly, but Cheyenne did get to say good bye and let her know she loves her.
I'm not sure how you get over the loss of your first pony and I'm not sure you should. I know Cheyenne will carry the memories she has with Bayli with her forever and I'm grateful that she had the opportunity to love her. We will all miss Bayli. Or as Cheyenne would say, my Bay Bay.
