A year has just passed since
you left us and the pain is still strong. You were not only my horse but
my best friend and taught me so, so much.
From the minute we saw you, we fell in love with you. A big, gangly youngster
with the kindest, most honest eyes. We went through trying times, but all
of them absolutely worthwhile.
Your talent was endless
and your honesty unlimited. You would do anything I asked of you, however
unsure you were. We had a real partnership and you were taken far too
early in the prime of your life.
No other horse will ever
be the same as you or fill the void that I feel. I miss seeing your head
over the stable door every morning and the sound of you banging away for
your feed.
We will never forget you
and you will live on in our hearts forever. We miss you so so much.
